Demetrius Paschel has worked in the public sector for twenty years with an emphasis on training, development, and research. He is the Founder and Principal of DeedsCorp, a tech company specializing in lifespan assessment and development platforms in Education, Workforce Development, Defense, and Sports. The company develops Behavior SaaS solutions to mitigate human capital risk. He is also the inventor of products utilized to make law enforcement and communities better. Paschel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management at Faulkner University and served as a Research Fellow at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he researched the evaluation of programs focusing on violence, hopelessness, and crime prevention.
Paschel’s work has been sponsored by The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine, UAB Community Outreach Development, and Alabama Power. His passion for problem-solving launched a distinguished career that has intermingled education, investigations, governmental affairs, writing and reviewing organizational policies and procedures, technology, and AI. He is also noted for the implementation of algorithms in at-risk populations to reduce crime, reinforce retention, impact health outcomes and forecast risk likelihoods. Paschel has partnered with the Secret Service, U.S. Marshals Service, University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, and other universities, public and civic organizations. He has also created personnel development, retention, and tactical models for the military. He is the developer of The Paschel Theorem ®, a classified SaaS designed to identify, assess and provide interventions for at-risk populations. An award-winning writer, Paschel is the author of Offspring: a hybrid novel and Paschel Theorem Pedagogy, part of his forthcoming book and curriculum program for education and juvenile justice organizations. He has served as editor for the Negro Southern League Museum and columnist for the Birmingham Times. Through a career dedicated to public good, Paschel has received several awards and commendations.
